Who can use the law library?
The law library is available for public use when the librarian is in (generally 8 a.m to 4 p.m. M-F).
The library is available to Delaware County Bar Association members after hours by use of an access FOB.

Where is the law library?
The law library is located in the Carnegie Building at 101 North Sandusky Street, Delaware, Ohio 43015. This is near the intersection of North Sandusky Street and West Central, and to the north of the Historic Courthouse.

Can I make copies at the law library?
Yes, members of the public can make copies or print at a cost of $0.10/page. Please bring exact change as the library does not keep cash on hand.
Does the law library have computers for public use?
Yes, members of the public are welcome to use the computers for legal research and to print necessary legal or research documents.
Can the librarian help me with my legal issue?
The librarian can assist you with legal research. The librarian will not give you legal advice.
Can Delaware County Bar Association members bring clients or other non-members in with them when the librarian is not in?
No. Due to liability concerns, anyone who is not a member of the Delaware County Bar Association or a county employee may only be in the library when the librarian is present.
Is the law library part of the Delaware County District Library?
